About Clara

I am a PhD candidate and published writer in philosophy. I have been teaching for 4 years, and teaching writing skills for 3. I have published in academic journals, and proofread for academics and PhD students professionally for 3 years. I love the art of writing, and I am committed above all to clear, rigorous writing for both myself and my students.

About the lesson

This will be an intensive writing course, giving you the tools to progress in journalistic, academic or popular audience non-fiction writing. Prior to each lesson, you will submit some work to me, and I will give you structured written feedback before the lesson. During the lesson, we will go through this feedback together, and I will tailor the lesson to the specific needs that I see in the writing.
