About Ada

Graduating from the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater provided the foundation for my 11 years of coaching. VOCAL HEALTH AND CARE remains my top priority for the many students who visit my Denver studio. Techniques such as pitch control, vibrato control, and belting technique are refined through focus on range extension and genre styling.

Whether exploring pop, classical, or musical theater, we address microphone technique and exam preparation. My approach encompasses head and chest voice, diction, and articulation for every singer I mentor. Coaching ages 10 to 57 keeps my ear sharp and my teaching style flexible. It is a genuine joy to witness my students secure national tours and BFA drama school spots.

About the lesson

Pacing feels most effective when we ignore the clock and follow the natural arc of the human voice. Slowing down to address tension often yields faster progress than rushing through complicated repertoire.

I integrate a 10 song personalized list for every student, curated specifically to match their individual range. Twang and storytelling define my Nashville approach to vocal placement. You might find me emphasizing character intent during a ballad or focusing on stylistic nuance during a pop hook. We refine these choices together in a supportive environment.

My 11 years of experience show that a kind word goes further than a strict drill. Finding the right resonance takes time, but I am here to help you navigate those shifts comfortably.
