About Luiza

I love making my classes challenging always with safety. Even if you never practice Yoga before, you can try Superioga because it is a method for everyone. It’s a smart and intense practice that is achieved through repetitions of movements while remaining in the pose, always syncing with your breath.

About the lesson

I am a certified 500-hour Superioga teacher from Brazil. I am passionate about health and I really want to share my knowledge with you. Superioga is a physical and mental strength method created by a Brazilian trainer, Paulo Junqueira, who has more than thirty years of studies about yoga and with whom I had the opportunity to learn a lot. This method is based on Hatha Yoga, and there are yoga poses that are safe and possible for everyone to execute. Not only some specific series and sequences generate high levels of fat burn but also work as an active meditation for your mind, in only 1 hour class.
