About Bliss
Having practiced yoga nearly four decades and teaching for over 20 years, I pull from a deep well of yogic philosophy and physical expertise. I have trained in numerous styles of Hatha yoga, including Yin Yoga, Ananda Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. Understanding the mind/body/spirit connection is the basic premise from which I work. I believe finding balance is imperative to living a healthy life. I am the founder of ChantDance, an empowered musical experience for yoga practice, and the author of Empowering Your Life with Yoga (Alpha), among other wellness media.

After forty years of practicing yoga, my life IS my practice. As your instructor, I offer focused care and attention on foundation, posture, and breath. Not only will you learn how to perform a yogic posture, you will understand how each posture affects your wellbeing.
Classes are great for beginners as well as those wishing to take their practice to a deeper level.
Whether you wish to restore, find balance and endurance, or strengthen your practice, I can help!

Private yoga lessons - $80 (Package of 5 - $375)
Outcall Private yoga lessons - $105 (Package of 5 - $495)
Outcall Group yoga lessons - $45 per person (Package of 5 - $200). A group is considered 2 or more students.
Group webcam yoga lessons - $20 per person (package of 5 - $85)
**FREE lessons include Group Webcam classes ONLY.
Cancellation Policy: Payment is required before sessions begin. If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, you may do so with up to a 24-hour advanced notice. If you must cancel your appointment with LESS than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your session.
