About Dian

I have taught yoga since 2010 in several fitness centers such as mega gyms, sports clubs and private. I am used to teach in class groups there are small groups of 4 participants to large groups of 40 participants and also private individuals. So far, some of my yoga participants have taught, besides that, some of them continue to attend my classes because they get the benefits they need.

About the lesson

My teaching method depends on each participants bodies so I won't force. So that in the process of exercise it is safe for the body. In teaching, my coaching is easy to understand so that the participants can follow directions well. Sometimes I put in a little humor so that the atmosphere is more fun because when you are happy your body relaxes.
