I am a professional yoga trainer and also a national player. Yoga is something which makes me believe in myself, made me stronger. Since 20 years now I have been practicing yoga and now I want to impart my experience and knowledge to all the people out there, reach out to them help them to lead a best and healthy life.

Yoga is not about the outward perfection but it will make you perfect from the inside whether it is mentally or say about your internal organs.
