I am Practicing Yoga from the age of 8 along with other physical activities as Sports and dance which helped me to understand the Importance of keeping strong and active. I'd be following my structure as Warmup-Suryanamaskara-Asanas-Breathing-Shavasana. Whereas it varies for different groups as per requirement and ability of a Student. Class flow also differs based on health issues and regular physical activity of a student.
While teaching I make students understand the importance of practice and the process so that they can follow even when not accessible to the class.
I love to teach Children for focusing on Studies and being more attentive and focused in any activity throughout the day.

Dewshree is an excellent teacher. I took yoga classes from her and her teaching methods were amazing. She was extremely patient with me, explained me the poses very well and also showed it to me how to do it correctly. She also corrected me if I was doing any pose wrong. Her speech timing was good as well, she exactly knew how many breaths to take and directed that well. She is very knowledgeable in this matter and also very patient.
