About Susan
Hello! My name is Susan, and I am a TEFL-certified English tutor with a genuine passion for helping people communicate with confidence. I am interested in teaching because I enjoy working with people, learning about different cultures, and supporting students as they grow in both skill and self-belief. What draws me to English tutoring is seeing the moment when a student realizes they can express themselves clearly. I enjoy creating a calm, positive learning space where students feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and making mistakes without fear. Outside of teaching, I enjoy meaningful conversations, personal growth, and learning new things — interests that naturally influence my teaching style. My approach to private tutoring is relaxed, supportive, and confidence-focused. I use a conversational, practical methodology that helps students actually use English, not just study it.
