About Joseph
As an experienced project manager, I love to share information with more junior project managers or those who have no experience managing projects at all. When I got into the industry, I didn't know what a project manager even did so I love to share my knowledge with people. I also understand the value of PM knowledge for those in non PM roles. My history at some major companies has led me cleaning up the mess that a non PM has created in trying to run a project so I understand the value that PM training can provide, even to those who may not necessarily need it. My favourite example of practical PMing is: Have you ever wanted to buy a house and thought it needs too much work? been quoted by a kitchen fitter to coordinate with other trades and cost a fortune? Well PM skills equip you with the tool set to organise it all, and take on the tasks that others would've thought are too much.

I'm an experienced and Chartered project manager. I have managed some extremely large, high-profile projects. I have mentored and developed teams and junior PMs. I hold APM PMQ, PPQ and ChPP. I also have a degree in engineering. My specialism is highly technical and complex environments and how to navigate these sorts of projects. Alongside managing projects I have also created project management procedures and governance documents for large corporations.
