About Elisa

I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher, with a journey that began in 2015 with Ashtanga personal practice. My passion for yoga led me to become a certified yoga teacher from Yoga London School in 2020. Since then, I have been teaching online and one-to-one classes, sharing the transformative power of yoga with my students.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just physical postures; it’s a holistic practice that connects the mind and body. I emphasize this connection in my classes, guiding my students to understand that where the mind goes, the body follows.
I am deeply passionate about the benefits of yoga for both body and mind, and I strive to teach the most authentic form of yoga. In September 2024, I will be furthering my knowledge and skills by embarking on an 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification. This will enhance my ability to provide tailored yoga experiences that cater to individual needs and therapeutic
