About Molik

Hi, I’m Molik — a life coach and mentor with 17 years of experience working directly with young people and adults across a range of roles, including youth work, mentoring, behaviour support, and crisis intervention. I don’t come with textbook theory — I bring real-world experience. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with people at their turning points: young people on the edge of exclusion, adults trying to break old habits, families facing impossible decisions. I’ve helped people reset, rebuild and regain control — not through lectures, but through honesty, structure and consistency. My coaching is practical, no-nonsense and completely tailored to the individual. Whether you’re struggling with motivation, stuck in old patterns, or simply trying to get your life in order, I offer one-to-one support that cuts through the noise and helps you get real results. Together, we’ll work on: • Building discipline and momentum • Setting clear, realistic goals • Creating structure that actually sticks • Breaking down barriers (mental and emotional) • Improving your mindset, confidence and communication If you want a life coach who’s been there, understands pressure, and knows how to guide people through difficult changes — I’m that person.
