About Sunil

I am a highly passionate and determined football coach that are currently coaching various international schools and academies. I graduated my Bachelor in Laws at Taylors University and also had my 3 Dimensional Coaching Certificate from United States. I also have FAM Grassroots Certificate that enables Coaches to know the fundamentals of Football and I have succeeded in getting FAM “D” Diploma Certificate and AFC “D” Diploma License Certificate that enables Coaches to Coach athletes and be recognized in Asia. Sooner, I will Graduate with my AFC “C” License.

I am renowned for developing talent, helping the next generation, and foster a holistic approach to player development. We are known for dedication, tactical expertise, and commitment to mentoring athletes, Our coaching philosophy emphasizes not only technical skills but also leadership and character building. We have a track record of guiding teams to championships and are deeply involved in community outreach programs, using football as a tool for positive social impact

About the lesson

Methodology: I focus on holistic player development—technical skills, tactics, fitness, and mental resilience. Sessions incorporate skill drills, game simulations, and positional play, promoting growth through feedback and video analysis.

Session Length: 50-70minutes, structured as:

Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretches and light ball work.
Skill Work (20 mins): Dribbling, passing, and shooting drills.
Tactical Play (20 mins): Positional training and decision-making.
Scrimmage (20 mins): Game-like scenarios for skill application.
Cool Down (10 mins): Stretching and player reflection.
Qualifications: Certified coach with experience in youth and adult coaching. With AFC D License, Grassroots License and 3 Dimensional Coaching License.

Target Audience: Ages 8+, beginners to advanced, aiming to improve skills, confidence, and game understanding.
