I’m a Project Manager with practical experience coordinating projects across business and social-impact environments. I enjoy bringing structure to projects, helping teams stay organized, and turning ideas into clear, actionable plans.

My experience includes project planning and coordination, stakeholder communication, task and timeline management, documentation, monitoring and reporting, budget tracking, and working with project management and collaboration tools.

I’m particularly passionate about helping beginners understand project management in a way that feels practical and easy to apply. I believe you learn project management best by doing, so my lessons focus on real-world examples, practical exercises and situations you are likely to encounter when working on a project.

Whether you’re completely new to project management, exploring it as a career, or simply want to become better at managing projects, I’ll help you build your understanding step by step in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

My goal is simple: to help you become more confident in planning, organizing and managing projects—not just to memorize project management concepts.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for beginners and aspiring project managers who want to understand project management in a simple, practical and applicable way.

I use a learn-and-apply approach: we first understand the concept, then apply it to a realistic project or practical exercise. Depending on the learner’s goals, lessons may cover project planning, defining scope, creating timelines, task management, stakeholder communication, risk management, documentation, project monitoring and commonly used project management tools.

I encourage questions and discussions throughout the lesson, and I adapt my teaching style to the learner’s pace and level of understanding. My goal is not just for you to memorize project management terms, but to understand how to use them when working on a real project.

I have practical experience coordinating projects across social-impact initiatives, nonprofit organizations and business environments. My experience includes project planning, team and stakeholder coordination, documentation, monitoring, reporting, budget tracking and working with digital project management tools.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, students, aspiring project managers, career changers and anyone who wants to build practical project management skills from the ground up. No prior project management experience is required.
