About Cynthia

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Life Coaching, and I have delivered wellbeing courses to vulnerable adults for the NHS.
I have been a Volunteer Befriender for people with mental health problems.
During my time as a Befriender, I have completed excessive training in mental health awareness.
I have applied my coaching skills directly to myself, and they have helped me to stop smoking, accomplish my dream to write and publish books, and much more...
I am a practitioner Life Coach at the Complementary Medical Association (MCMA).
I am French, I am also a French tutor, and I have been working, living, studying, and volunteering in the UK for over eighteen years.

About the lesson

Hello,
Are you suffering from a mental or physical illness? I know the feeling. And I know it's not easy to find your way with any of these.
Questions remain.....What job can I do? Who would want me to work for them? Can I hold any job? Without mentioning the added issues that come with the way people look at you and judge you.
But, believe me...if you want to make it...you can! Indeed, anyone can! We all have strengths, and together we'll work on your strengths, and strengthen your weaknesses to make you even stronger and ready to tackle the workforce with the dignity that you deserve!!
We'll talk about your goals and obstacles...We'll identify your line of work, we'll talk about what's going on in your life; and how you can make improvements...I will set you up some exercises that will keep you strong, focused, and motivated, and help you achieve your full potential!
