About Edrea

Teaching fiber arts is a passion of mine. I have taught knitting and weaving in many different contexts, working with all ages and demographics. I’ve had the opportunity to lead library programs for teens and adults (knitting, punch needle, weaving, sewing, painting). I taught weaving at a summer camp, working with kids of all ages. Teaching this art form requires patience and understanding, which are two aspects of teaching and learning that are super important.

About the lesson

Take lessons with me! Learning is supposed to be fun, and you’ll learn something new that you can add to your bag of skills and use forever. There will also be an opportunity to create a tangible object or start a project that you can continue to work on after lessons.
