About Vivek
I am a dedicated and passionate Yoga Teacher, holding a Master’s degree in Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar and a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga from SVM Yoga Health Sciences College, Muzaffarnagar. Having spent years studying the classical philosophy, physiology, and practice of yoga at premier institutions, I have experienced firsthand how transformational a mindful, disciplined practice can be.
My goal as an educator is to pass on these authentic, ancient techniques to help students achieve physical strength, emotional balance, and inner peace. Sharing this knowledge allows me to empower individuals on their wellness journey, cultivate healthy lifestyle habits, and preserve the deep-rooted tradition of yoga in a modern, practical context.
