About Megan

Hi! I'm a Computer Science graduate from the University of Guelph, where I also completed a minor in Neuroscience. I currently work full-time as a Software Engineer and have hands-on experience developing applications and solving real-world programming problems.

Throughout my education and career, I've gained experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as various software development tools and technologies.

I've always enjoyed problem-solving and helping others understand challenging concepts. I know that learning to code can feel overwhelming at first, so I aim to create a friendly, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

Whether you're just getting started with coding or need extra support with your computer science courses, I'd love to help you build your skills and confidence!

About the lesson

My coding lessons are tailored to each student's experience level, learning style, and goals. Whether you're completely new to programming, taking a computer science course, or looking to improve your coding skills, I'm here to help!

I focus on making programming approachable by breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations. My lessons are hands-on and interactive, with plenty of opportunities to practice, ask questions, and work through problems together.

I can help with languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and other fundamental computer science concepts. I can also provide guidance with assignments, debugging, and understanding course material.

My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and gain confidence in their programming abilities!
