Through my years of working as a swimming instructor, I have seen a looooot of different things, new things! Working with children who have certain conditions, or adults with some restrictions or often some fears! Which I can totally understand and truly respect! At the beginning those situations could be a little challenging, but I have never backed down in front of a challenge and it will not start now! Through the sessions and through the people I have met, I have developed multiple exercises and tricks to help and reach all kinds of people. Together, we will work our way up slowly and gradually step by step, ensuring you are ready for the next one! I will guide you through each and every aspect, never keeping any tips and details for me! If you’re ready to learn a new skill, want to progress with what you already know or have any questions, do not hesitate! I’m here to answer all your worries and turn them around!

Au fil de mes années comme monitrice de natation, j’ai vu énormément de situations différentes — et toujours de nouvelles ! J’ai travaillé avec des enfants ayant certaines particularités, ainsi qu’avec des adultes présentant des limitations ou, très souvent, des appréhensions. Des réalités que je comprends pleinement et que je respecte profondément. Au début, ces situations peuvent représenter un défi… mais je n’ai jamais reculé devant un défi — et ce n’est pas aujourd’hui que ça va commencer ! Grâce aux séances et aux personnes que j’ai rencontrées, j’ai développé une variété d’exercices et de méthodes adaptées afin de rejoindre chaque nageur, peu importe son niveau ou sa réalité. Ensemble, nous avancerons à votre rythme, étape par étape, en nous assurant que chaque progression se fait avec confiance et sécurité. Je vous guiderai dans tous les aspects de l’apprentissage, en partageant tous mes conseils et astuces, sans rien garder pour moi. Que vous souhaitiez apprendre à nager, améliorer vos techniques ou simplement poser vos questions, n’hésitez pas. Je suis là pour vous accompagner, répondre à vos inquiétudes et les transformer en confiance!

I’ve been helping people of all ages and levels for several years to progress in their swimming skills. I truly enjoy seeing the progress and results through the lessons! I’m here to follow and help you along the way, working with you, following your own pace! You’re the boss here! I will from time to time challenge you to push your limit a little, because sometimes when trying something new, we don’t realize what we can and can’t do! I can tell you there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the smile on the face of someone achieving something they thought they could not! I promise you we will find exercises and tricks to help you improve and impress your entourage!
