About the lesson

Research is a skill, not a talent. It can be learned — and I can teach it in a way that actually makes sense for your work.

I've conducted research at Oxford University, the WHO, and at national policy level in Pakistan. I know what rigorous research looks like from the inside, and I know exactly where most students and early-career professionals get stuck. My sessions close that gap fast.

We don't work through abstract theory. We work on your actual research — your question, your methodology, your data, your write-up. Every session moves your real project forward.

WHAT I HELP YOU WITH

→ Developing a clear, answerable research question
→ Choosing the right study design for your context
→ Conducting structured literature reviews and evidence synthesis
→ Writing research proposals and protocols
→ Qualitative and quantitative methodology guidance
→ Data interpretation and results write-up
→ Turning research into policy briefs, reports, or publications
→ Thesis and dissertation support for MPH, MSc, and PhD students
→ Preparing manuscripts for journal submission

TECHNIQUES & METHODOLOGY

→ Project-based: we work on your actual research, not hypothetical exercises
→ Structured reviews: I walk you through systematic and narrative review methods step by step
→ Framework thinking: I teach you to think in frameworks so you can apply skills independently
→ Plain-language feedback: I explain complex methodology in clear, practical terms — no unnecessary jargon
→ Publication mindset: even if you're not publishing yet, I help you think and write at publication standard from the start

LESSON LENGTH & FORMAT

Sessions are 60 minutes by default over Zoom or Google Meet. For dissertation or thesis reviews, 75–90 minutes is available. All sessions are online and scheduled to your timezone.

Share your draft, proposal, or research question before the session and I'll come prepared, so we use every minute productively.
