About Thierry

I've been producing podcasts since 2004, back when the word had barely been coined. A pioneer of web video and podcasting in Switzerland, I founded breew, an agency specialising in podcast production and live streaming for companies and brands. I've helped many brands launch their podcasts and worked on shows internationally.

My background is all about microphones and editing: radio columnist from 1988, founder of a magazine and a TV show about electronic music, video editor for many years, then producer of B2B content, commercials and documentaries.

Today I've been a weekly tech columnist for over seven years on Bruno Guglielminetti's podcast "Mon Carnet", I contribute to the Belgian podcast "Les Technos" and I produce my own shows. I'm also president of Marketing Vaud and co-founder of "Le Meilleur De", which runs events on digital, advertising and communication.

What I teach, I practise every week: hands-on, not theory.

Want to launch your own podcast, audio or video, or take the one you already have to a professional level? I'll guide you step by step, with a method proven on many productions for brands, companies and creators.

The programme adapts to your project and your level. It covers four main areas:

1. Concept and editorial line
Define your audience, your format (interview, solo, panel, column), your tone, the name of your show and a realistic episode plan you can sustain over time.

2. Sound, equipment and video
Choose microphones, audio interface and headphones to fit your budget, set up a recording space, record remote guests, move up to multi-camera video podcasting and live streaming.

3. Editing and post-production
Edit efficiently, clean up the sound, mix, create a sound identity (intro, jingles) and export in the right formats.

4. Distribution, promotion, AI and automation
Host your podcast, publish it on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube, promote it on social media, and use AI and automation tools to save time on every episode: transcription, video clips, show notes, publishing.

Who is it for?
Freelancers, SMEs, communication professionals and marketing teams who want a branded podcast, as well as passionate individuals who want to get it right from the start. Beginners welcome.

How?
One-to-one lessons in person or online, and in-company training to set up your own production unit. The goal is concrete: leave with a first episode recorded, edited and ready to publish.

The first lesson is used to review your project and build a tailored training plan together.
