In my lessons, I utilize the Socratic method when instilling new information with my students. I also begin each session with a recap and goal outline, as well as end each session with an overview and plan for the next meeting to help students and parents gauge progress. I stay flexible with the material and bend to the learner's needs. Each lesson will vary with the student and if needed, light independent practice between sessions can be recommended.
