My name is Ali Maham, and I am 35 years old. My journey in swimming began when I was just 4 years old, and my passion for the sport has only grown stronger over the years. By the time I turned 15, I earned a spot on my country's national swimming team. Two years later, I expanded my skills and joined the national water polo team, further enriching my experience in competitive water sports. This early start and dedication have shaped my career and commitment to excellence in both swimming and water polo

. As a trainer, I bring over 25 years of experience in swimming and more than 12 years in water polo. My classes are challenging and designed to push you to achieve your best.

I am a highly experienced professional swimmer with a strong background in competitive water sports. As a former player on the national water polo team in my country, I have honed my skills and discipline through years of rigorous training and competition at the highest levels. Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated myself to swimming, not only as a sport but as a way of life. In addition, I have more than 12 years of experience as a water polo trainer, working with athletes to develop their technical abilities, strategic understanding, and physical conditioning.

My approach to training is built on a foundation of discipline, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence. I believe in pushing my students to achieve their best, and my classes are designed to be both challenging and rewarding. Participants can expect a focus on technique, strength, endurance, and mental toughness, all essential qualities for success in water sports. My goal is to inspire and guide athletes to reach their full potential, whether they are training for competitive swimming or looking to improve their water polo skills.

My training sessions are not easy, and I believe that hard work is the key to growth. Through a combination of personalized coaching and structured exercises, I help my students break through their limits and achieve new milestones in their performance.
