I am a Supervised Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Malaysia, practicing under the alias Shelly. My approach is grounded in clinical practice but delivered with a minimalist, organic focus. I believe that mental well-being shouldn't be complicated—it should be a natural extension of your daily life.
